The East Indian Association takes pride in extending monetary support to the Catholic Diocese of Auckland on the occasion of Good Shepherd Sunday wherein the proceeds from the 2nd collection from church go towards supporting the Holy Cross Seminarians, Ponsonby.

Bridging together common cultural heritage, mobilizing intellectual and professional resources to our members, encouraging the re growth of our culture that is so desperately needed to preserve the traditions we so strongly believe in.

Who is an East-Indian ?
An East-Indian is an aboriginal of the 7 islands of Bombay (Mobai, Golaba, AL-Omanis, Mazagaon, Worii, Parel And Mahim), the islands of Salsette (Salsette proper, Trombay, Juhu, Versova, Marva, Dharavi, Rai and Murdha), Vasai, parts of Thana and parts of Raigad.
